Join Uptown Plaza on Saturday, September 27, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM as we celebrate seven decades of Uptown Plaza with a lively evening full of music, memories, and mid-century magic. This celebration welcomes residents and visitors alike to step back in time and celebrate seven decades of neighborhood connection, culture, and commerce in the heart of Uptown Phoenix, honoring the legacy of Uptown while looking ahead to the future.

Event Highlights Include:

The first 250 guests to check in at the 70th Anniversary Welcome Booth will receive a 70th Anniversary pin, unlocking “1955 pricing” specials across the Plaza, including

- Vintage-Inspired Deals from Shake Shack, Dynamite Beer Co, and Free scoops from Salt & Straw (ahead of their Fall 2025 opening), while supplies last
- Live Rockabilly Music by local band The Joeys
- Community Yoga in the Courtyard at 5:00 PM, led by Sweatshop on Central
- Vintage Volkswagen Photo Booth, retro games, themed décor, and 1950s photo ops
- Limited-Edition 70th Anniversary Merchandise + Giveaways
